If I were to hold an art contest, like many people on DA do, what would it take to get people to actually enter? Now, obviously I wouldn't ask here unless it was TMNT related, but I can't give specifics until the contest actually starts to ensure that people don't submit old art or start early. But what I was thinking about is offering $100 to the winner and $50 to second place... HOWEVER that would only be if 20 or more people submitted art. Tell me what you think.
